Fully close and relaunch the Shelf TV app or reboot your device.
Ensure you're using the latest version of the app from the App Store or Google Play.
On mobile devices or browsers, try clearing app cache or cookies.
Try accessing Shelf TV from a different device or web browser.
To reset your password, select “Forgot Password” on the login screen and follow the email instructions.
Double-check credentials if you can’t sign in. If locked out, email info@shelftv.com.
To update your email or password, go to Account Settings once logged in.
To change your subscription plan, go to Settings then Subscription.
You may cancel anytime through your app store or in your Shelf TV account under Billing.

Shelf TV is available on iOS and Android phones and tablets, Apple TV, Android TV, Roku, Fire TV, web (shelftv.com), and select Smart TVs.
