General Troubleshooting
Ensure you have a stable internet connection. Restart your router or switch networks if playback issues occur.
Close and relaunch the Shelf TV app, or reboot your device completely.
Verify that you’re using the latest version of the app from the App Store or Google Play.
On mobile or browser, clear cache or cookies to resolve loading errors.
Try accessing Shelf TV on another device or browser to confirm the issue.
Account and Login Assistance
Select “Forgot Password” on the login screen to reset your credentials.
Ensure your login details are accurate. If you’re locked out, contact our support team for assistance.
To update your email or password, visit Account Settings after signing in.
Billing and Subscription
To modify your plan, open Settings and select Subscription.
You may cancel anytime via your app store or Shelf TV account under Billing.
Refunds are not available except where required by law. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Supported Devices
Shelf TV is supported on iOS, Android, Apple TV, Android TV, Roku, Fire TV, the web (shelftv.com), and select Smart TVs.
For optimal performance, keep your device’s operating system and app version up to date.
