3. Subscription & Billing

By subscribing you agree to provide a valid payment method, pay all fees and taxes and allow recurring billing unless you cancel before your next cycle.

Plans may differ in content access, streaming quality or device limits. Features and pricing are subject to change with notice.

You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not offered for partial billing periods unless required by law.

4. Content Usage Rights

Shelf TV content is for personal and non-commercial use only.

You may not copy, distribute, resell, bypass DRM, or publicly perform content without permission.

All content rights remain with Shelf TV and its licensors.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to violate laws, transmit harmful material, harass others or interfere with platform operations.

Shelf TV may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

6. Intellectual Property

All Shelf TV trademarks, logos, and content are the property of Shelf TV or partners.

Use of our branding without written consent is prohibited.

7. Availability & Modifications

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

Content availability may depend on geography, licensing, or subscription tier.

8. Disclaimers

Shelf TV is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

All implied warranties are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Shelf TV is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data, profits or unauthorized access.

Total liability will not exceed the amount paid to Shelf TV in the previous twelve months.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County.

You waive participation in any class-action proceedings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of any updates.
