3. Subscription and Billing

By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing and agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes using a valid payment method. Plan features, pricing, and access levels may change with notice.

You may cancel anytime before your next billing cycle. Refunds are not provided for partial periods unless required by law.

4. Content Usage Rights

Shelf TV content is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly perform any material without authorization.

All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Shelf TV and its licensors.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in activity that violates laws, harasses others, spreads harmful material, or disrupts the platform. Shelf TV reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any misconduct.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and visual assets of Shelf TV are proprietary. Unauthorized use of branding or related materials is strictly prohibited.

7. Service Availability and Modifications

Shelf TV may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time without notice. Content availability may vary based on location, licensing, or subscription tier.

8. Disclaimers

Shelf TV is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy, or reliability of the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

Shelf TV is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding twelve months.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, and users waive participation in class actions.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically to reflect operational or legal updates. Continued use of Shelf TV after any modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
