• California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)

What Data Can Be Deleted?

• Account information (name, email, credentials)
• Viewing history and preferences
• Billing and subscription data
• App usage logs and analytics

After deletion, your account will be permanently closed and unrecoverable.

What Cannot Be Deleted Immediately?

Certain data may be temporarily retained due to:

• Legal or regulatory obligations
• Fraud prevention or security investigations
• Accounting or audit requirements

Once those conditions are met, the data will be securely erased or anonymized.
