Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Shelf TV in the past 12 months.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or related to Shelf TV must be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California. You waive the right to participate in class actions.
