No Refunds Policy

All purchases and subscription fees made on Shelf TV are non-refundable, including:

  • Partial billing periods
  • Unused time on active subscriptions
  • Accidental purchases
  • Subscription renewals (unless canceled before the renewal date)

Once a payment is processed, you will not receive a refund or credit for any reason, except where required by law.

Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

All Shelf TV subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually, depending on your plan) unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

How to Cancel:

  • Apple App Store subscribers: Cancel via your Apple ID settings.
  • Google Play subscribers: Cancel via your Google Play account settings.
  • Web-based subscribers (Stripe): Cancel via your Shelf TV account under Billing Settings.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until that period ends, after which your access will stop.

Exceptions (Where Legally Required)

In some regions, local laws may grant you specific cancellation or refund rights. If applicable under your jurisdiction, please contact info@shelftv.com with the subject line: “Refund Request – Legal Exception” and include:

  • Your full name
  • Account email
  • Reason for the request

We will review these on a case-by-case basis where legally required.

Chargebacks & Unauthorized Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider without contacting us first, your Shelf TV account may be permanently suspended or banned for abuse of our terms.
